Abstract
This paper observes the library in several aspects: the aspect of organizational structure, teamwork analyses and evaluation of total quality. The results and the analysis of the survey conducted in the Library with the goal to examine the library user’s satisfaction (quality of the funds, programs and services offered by Library, etc.) are also presented in this article.
